On 12 December 2015,the participating countries of the Paris Conference on Climate Change adopted a new agreement, the Paris Agreement, which aims to address climate change effectively through a series of measures. The agreement stipulates that countries set the target for future reductions in carbon dioxide emissions by submitting their own contribution programs, which is a significant international law document to address climate change negotiations.Climate issues are confronted by every country, and international climate governance is also a matter of division in every country.Every country has a wide range of in-depth collaboration and active participation in governance to finalize the objectives of the Paris Agreement,so China, the largest developing country, will undoubtedly be actively involved in international action on climate governance The The objectives set out in the Paris Agreement impose higher demands on China's response to climate management.China attaches great importance to the outcome of the Paris Agreement and strives to improve domestic relevant measures,in particular legal measures,to provide better legal conditions for the achievement of our own contribution to China and better commitment to international responsibility.Based on the analysis of the international law document of the Paris Agreement, the author discusses what work and efforts China should make to deal with international climate governance at the legal level. The fact that climate change has reached a very serious level and that no action has been taken will have irreparable consequences, and that the current international governance of climate governance is not clearly understood as being unable to adapt to the realities of climate change. The conclusion of the Paris Agreement is of practical importance and irreplaceable importance. The latest achievements of the Paris Agreement include: the common but differentiated principle in the new era background has a new connotation;national self-contribution;bottom-up governance model. These new achievements on the one hand, the developing countries into the scope of the main body of responsibility,on the other hand the size of the responsibility is mainly based on their own domestic situation of their own goals. So based on these new circumstances,China as a willing to take the initiative to assume the responsibility of developing countries take the lead,to the relevant departments of the United Nations submitted our own contribution to the goal. However,China in order to achieve the goal of self-contribution to face various challenges, first of all,China's special climatic conditions led to the realization of the goal is difficult,on the other hand is our legal system is imperfect, legal implementation of supporting mechanisms and safeguards mechanism there are many deficiencies The Based on the comprehensive analysis of the challenges facing our country,we put forward some suggestions on legal measures.First,we should have a "climate change law" as the basic law,and then improve the relevant legislation to solve the specific problems, thus forming a perfect law to deal with climate change System,of course, through the improvement of laws and regulations to promote supporting mechanisms and mechanisms to play a greater effectiveness.Climate change is a global problem, which also determines the response to climate change, climate management must gather the power of various countries,co-operation,China must also participate in this relationship related to international development and China's future development cooperation. The principle of international environmental cooperation in the evolution of climate cooperation in the post-Paris era is that the main body of cooperation is diversified and the mode of cooperation is changed from "bottom-up" mode, and the cooperative interest position is differentiated from the direction of carbon emission and small carbon The China should pay attention to this evolutionary trend and the leadership of the post-Paris climate cooperation governance,it is important to actively improve China's response to climate change measures. This paper mainly elaborates that China should solve the problem of legal level, study the challenges and problems of the domestic climate governance laws, and then solve the problem in a targeted way, improve our country's climate management capacity and level in the law,in the accurate positioning of their own Based on the responsibility of international climate governance,to contribute to international climate governance.
