The Relationship Between Personality Traits, Coping Styles And Mental Health Of Party And Government Cadres

The career of the government cadres is special,political and sensitive,and their work and life are always under the supervision of the state,society,public opinion and the masses.Psychological pressure is evident.The role of personality in psychological quality is very important;it can influence people's behavior,behavior and attitude.The comprehensive,accurate and objective evaluation of the personality traits of cadres,to achieve reasonable allocation of personnel.Personality has a direct effect on psychological quality,but there are some mediating factors between them,such as coping style.In view of the results of the current study,Because of the use of the questionnaire is not uniform,the respondents are inconsistent,so the mediating factors of coping styles are inconsistent.This paper uses SCL-90,CSQ,QZPS.We investigated307 cadres of Zichuan District,Shandong.Exploring the influence of personality on individual psychology,and the influence of coping style on individual psychology,and the mediating effects of coping style factors on personality traits.The research results show that: In the scores of SCL-90,there were no significant differences of paranoid and interpersonal factors,and the other 7 factors were higher than the national norm group.It shows that the level of mental health of the government cadres is low.In addition to the CG dimension,the 6 dimensions of personality have significant correlation with mental health.in which WX ? SL and other 5dimensions have negative mental health with mental health.There is a positive correlation between QX and mental health.The mediating effect of coping style is significant.Mature coping style mediating the three dimensions of WX,SL,RG.The immature coping style partially mediating the four dimensions of SL,RG,CT,XF.Completely mediating the two dimensions of QX.
