A Study On The Relationship Between Positive Psychological Capital,Coping Style And Mental Health Of Recruits

Recruits are the hope and future of the army,and the mental health level of this group is related to the peace and stability of the country.But the mental health of recruits is generally lower than the national average norm(Zhang Xiaozhao et al.,2003).It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the mental health status and influencing factors of the group.On the basis of previous studies,this study will explore the influencing factors of recruits mental health and the relationship with positive psychological capital and coping style.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the recruits of the recruits during the training period.The sampling method was convenient to sample and selected 335 troops from a certain army.(PPQ),"Symptom Self-rating Scale"(SCL-90),which was revised by the " Positive Mental Capital Questionnaire"(PPQ)and Xiao Plan.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)recruits are in a positive state of motivation,more optimistic;the source of the country,whether the only child,family parents marital status,educational level,parental education and so are the active psychological capital of the important factors.(2)Recruitment commonly used by recruits is self-blame,rationalization and retreat;the source of the only child,the family parent's marital status,the educational level,the parent's education level are the important factors influencing the recruits approach.(3)the main symptoms of recruits are somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity and so on;the source of the country,whether the only child,family parents marital status,education level,parents,education and so are the important factors of recruits mental health.(4)There were significant negative correlations between the dimensions of recruiting positive psychological capital and SCL-90.The correlation coefficient between self-blame and obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression And the correlation coefficient between toughness and self-blame is the highest.The correlation coefficient between toughness and fantasy,retreat,rationalization and coping style is higher;positive psychological capital can be significant The mental health status of the recruits is predicted,and the coping style plays an intermediary effect in the positive psychological capital's influence on the mental health of the recruits.
