Research On Legal Issues Related To Private Security Companies

As the main force to promote the "One Belt and One Road" strategy,Chinese company overseas represent the interests of China.Chinese own security companies providing security services for Chinese company overseas is a good way to conducive to the protection of trade secrets,and it is live up to Chinese reputation.Therefore,if our private security company obtain the competitiveness in the international private security services market,it is in favourof the development of China's private security company,as well as in favourof other "going out" business escort.However,the reality is that China's private security company started late,and have a slow development.Chinese domestic legislation is not clear for private security companies,making such enterprises in the international private security services market in the lower competitiveness.Therefore,this paper is to explore the reasons for the development of private security companies in China and the proposed solution.
