Research On Overseas Business Development Of Private Security Companies

In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of China's comprehensive national strength and changes in the international situation,the private security force has stepped onto the international stage as a new form of security.China is a big developing country.With the deepening of the policy of "one belt and one road" proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping,more and more Chinese enterprises choose to expand their business abroad.But after they leave the country,they have to go abroad to expand their business.However,state power is limited to overseas security.Activating the security functions of private security companies is the key to today's work.Private security is not simply about fighting terrorism and providing security.It is a complete industrial chain that integrates security and defense,anti-terrorism strike,business training and cargo escort.This paper mainly discusses the dilemma of private security companies in overseas business expansion and solutions.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is about the concept and theoretical basis.This paper mainly defines the concepts and connotations of security protection and overseas security,and then defines the theoretical basis of private security companies' overseas business development research.The second part analyses the value of Chinese security companies in expanding overseas business,and concludes that the overseas business development of Chinese security companies is related to the implementation of national strategy,the basic rights and interests of Chinese overseas employees,and the standardized development of domestic security companies.The third part clarifies the dilemma of the overseas business development of China's security companies.The dilemma of private security companies in overseas business development is not caused by a single factor,but the result of comprehensive efforts in many aspects.China's private security companies are still in the embryonic stage of development,both awareness and relative regulations are not mature.The fourth part is the research on the improvement path of private security companies' overseas business,building development strategy and promulgating relevant supporting policies,so as to coordinate the development of high,middle and low-end security business,avoid the phenomenon of one-sided development of low-end industrial chain,strengthen the supervision and private security companies,so that their business scope and business types can be continuously improved.
