Teacher Duties In The Protection Of Legal Rights Of Minors

The paper aims to explore the teacher's duty in protecting juveniles' lawful rights and interests.This paper starting from making an analysis of the connotation of protecting juveniles' lawful rights and interests,then presents the present condition,including the basic types and the causes for violating the lawful rights and interests of young persons.At the same time,it cannot be ignored that teacher' positive energy is a very important part of protecting juveniles.As a result,by analysis of the problem in present,this paper provides some superficial recommendations to solve the problem.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is introduction,including background and current situation,content and structure.The second part is the connotation and meaning of protecting juveniles' lawful rights and interests,including the types and reason of violations of minors' legitimate rights and interests.The third part is the problem of teacher,and according to the law to fulfill the duties is a means of resolving the problem and some suggestions to enhance the supervision and control on the teacher's duties and responsibility to protecting young person's lawful right and interest.Researching on the duties of teachers for protecting young person's lawful rights and interests is not only related to the healthy growth of minors,but also for the needs of country long-term development and national progress,and is the key for building a harmonious society and the practical needs of mankind destiny.Through the study of this thesis,author holds that it is necessary to strengthen the government,school,teacher and minors' self-protection,to establish some measures and improve the protection of function and means,to focus on the construction of the teacher's all-round,multi-level protection duty as the main responsibility,directly to respond to the juveniles affairs,effectively to protect the healthy growth of young persons and the country's long-term stability.
