The Protection Of Teacher's Lawful Rights And Interests Of Simple Theory

The theory of education strengening our country is becoming more and more important. So are the teachers .However, from time to time , We found many harms to the teachers . We think it our lawyers' duty to try to protect the teachers' rightsBy investigating people of all kinds and analying materials, We have concluded that teachers in our country should share six rights. By analying the current situation , we have found such four harms: the first is that teachers can't enjoy the right of a job; the second is that teachers can't share the right of further education; the third is that people won't value the democratic management and the fourth is that governments assign teacher extra w#rk against the law. Trying to find out the three causes ,the first is that teachers don't pay much attention to self-pretendent ,the second is the school management isn't perfect. Nobody supervises presidents. The union of teachers can't protect teachers and the third is that less social attention has been paid.At last , I'll give some advice , the first is to pagando much to make teachers demand their rights, the second is to carry out employment, declarethe rights and duties of teachers and schools, the third is to supple teachersmore help and the fourth is to strengthen school's union of workers and teachers.
