The County-level Comprehensive Archives Enhances The Study Of Public Service Functions

The archive work is an indispensable aspect of cultural development in China.Archives also are the important places for the government to provide services to the public.Especially the country archives,which providing file information services to grass-roots.With the rapid development of modern information technology,the concept of public service to the government has been gradually improved,but the development of archives in the public service has lagged behind,especially the county archives.In view of this,this research turns to the study of changing the service mode,improving public service by combining the author's work,the status quo of Gaomi archives,and public management theory.In order to giving full play to the function of public service,there is a long way to go.Firstly,the archive should be built at a reasonable place to improve the function of affiliated area.Secondly,it is urgent to analyze the readers' requirement,enrich collection resources and expand service contents to upgrade the service of the archives.Thirdly,the archive should hold on the public welfare,improve service ideas and quality,and provide special services.Fourthly,on the basis of building digital archives,we need to keep all these material fresh and alive.Besides,the basic measure to improve the service is that we must perfect,strictly enforce the law and enhance the management.Based on the working experience and related theory,this article hopes to widen others' field of vision and put forward to a new thought to create the standardized and service-oriented archives...
