On The Crime Of Defrauding The Documents

The crime of swindling exit-paper is a crime of the Crimes of Obstructing the Administration of Public Order in the Criminal Law of China Chapter VI Section 3.The reason why this crime is studied and discussed,is that the provisions of the crime appears to be simple,but there are still many problems on the theory and practice,especially with the continuous improvement of the exit-entry laws and the change of the policy of the exit-entry administration,so it is necessary to rethink and research.This article attempts to recognize and understand this crime from the perspective of the exit-entry administration,using the theory and knowledge of the management,and make some suggestions on perfecting and rebuilding the Crimes Against Control of National Border(Frontier).In this article,the first part,which is an overview of the crime of swindling exit-paper,mainly explain the related concepts;the second part is the constitution of this crime;the third part is the recognition and thinking of this crime,this part uses the method of case analysis;The fourth part is the legislative perfection of the Crimes Against Control of National Border(Frontier).
