Social Work Involves The Study Of The Spiritual Comfort Of The Disabled Elderly In The Old-age Care Institutions

With the aging of the population has become increasingly serious in China,the traditional family pension mode has been unable to cope with the crisis,China's pension mode change,institutional pension plays an important role in it.Most of the elderly people who live in the institution are disabled,and their children and families cannot provide professional care for the elderly due to a variety of reasons.Therefore,the admission office becomes their last choice.Leave the disability of children and family old man lack of emotional sustenance,institutions for the disability elderly more is in daily life care,disability,the old man's spiritual demand is ignored,how to spiritual comfort,the agency disability old man this is worthy of our thought.On the basis of the previous research,this paper,starting from the perspective of social work,takes the disabled elderly in the Y nursing home as the research object,and finds that the disabled elderly have the difficulties of physical function damage,psychological depression and anxiety and the weak social support network.From this,it is concluded that the disabled people in the institutions are safe,social,respectful and respectful at this stage.The needs of self actualization.Then,using the method of case work and group work,we follow Maslow's demand level theory and social support theory,carry out spiritual comfort service to the disabled elderly,dredge the depressed seniors' mood,help the disabled people excavate their own ability,support themselves to display themselves,realize self value,and promote social communication.To enjoy the old-age life of the institution better.Finally,we rethink the practical activities and put forward some suggestions from three aspects: first,the elderly should change their own ideas and enhance their self seeking consciousness and ability to seek spiritual comfort;secondly,the family members need to provide the care of the families from the elderly;finally,the ability and quality of the spiritual comfort service of the pension institutions should be promoted and mobilizing more.The power of the party serves as a spiritual comfort for the disabled elderly.
