It is the hundredth anniversaries of the October Revolution in this year.In leadership of Lenin and the Bolshevik, the proletariat of Russia established the first socialism regime in the world. It marked that theory of Scientific Socialism turned into practice,it also was a victory of the Bolshevik. Before the October Revolution,Lenin put forward the organization principle of the Bolshevik is Centralism. This principle was objected by Luxemburg fiercely, she thought the Centralism of Lenin was too central, and she called it the Cruel Centralism. In the meantime, she put forward her own principle which call the Self Centralism, and she explained, the Self-Centralism was just for leader group of proletariat, this principle reflected wills from the majority of persons, and according to the rule about minority followed majority,it signified the governed by the majority. It avoided the wills of the minority replaced the will of whole Party. The Self Centralism was raised in hard context which luxemburg was disfavored by the Social Democratic Party of German,so that she was very disappointed for democracy of Party.Luxemburg cared about the revolution of Russia. However,in impression of peaceful fighting in legal background of German,Luxemburg did not consider that the harsh conditions of Social Democratic Party of Russia in Russia, she criticized Centralism from Lenin.Practice proved that principle from Lenin is right, because it made sure that the proletariat of Russia was led by a powerful and central Party which has strict rules, therefore, they could create new route and establish new regime in stiff surrounding of Russia. In that condition, the Self-Centralism of Luxemburg was not operable. With the situation of Russia turned better, for impairing ingredients of undemocracy and illiberity in organization principle of the Party,Lenin put forward a new principle which called the Demo cratic-Centralism.This principle was based on the Self-Centralism,it absorbed reasonable ideas from the Self-Centralism.Before sacrificing,Luxemburg wrote an article called Narrative of the Russian Revolution, which praise the October Revolution, however, she criticized the new proletariat regime of Russia, she thought the Russia government monopoly all authorities and power, this deed not only led to the commonplace lacks of rights belonged to them, and destroyed their enthusiasm of building socialism, caused boring or lifeless atmosphere in whole country, but also obstructed the Party member from the folks,it is original of bureaucratism. The regime described violated the essence and initiative spirit of socialism,it called direct command by few elites from official table.Luxemburg insisted that the leader of Party only act like an auxiliary role, because of the folks can emancipate themselves; The Party was supposed to pay attention to the creativity from the folks, the folks should participate in governing directly,in the process of governing, the mass could get abundant experiences and politic consciousness. Therefore, the people could be host of the country.Objectively speaking, the criticizes from Luxemburg were unfair. But,in the period of Stalin,it produced centralized and unified system which violated the Democratic-centralism principle, almost all authorities were controlled by few leaders, these deeds broke the democracy deeply and brought bad fame on socialism. In the 1980s or 1990s,the Soviet Union was collapsed and the Eastern Europe was broke, those two incidents made movement of the international communist fell into valley bottom. These situations were predicted by Luxembury who lived in many years ago.We have to say some ideas from Luxemburg were more predictable and scientific.Today,we should review the mind of Luxemburg to find something helpful for our socialism career. The thesis contains five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the content of the Self-Centralism by Luxemburg;the second part makes comparison between the Self-Centralism and the Democratic-centralism;the third part tells the historic and social context about the Self-Centralism;the fourth chapter writes some evaluations from certain persons;the fifth part tells two implications from the Self-Centralism.
