The Study On Lenin's Thought Of Democratic Centralism

As the basic condition for the communists to join the Third International,the Centralized System of Democracy is used by our country as the fundamental organizational system which acts as an indispensable institutional guarantee in all aspects of construction.Firstly,based on the realistic basis,theoretical basis,and development process of Lenin's democratic centralism,this article studies Lenin's democratic centralism.This paper argues that this idea is put forward under the realistic background of opportunism and eclecticism,in accordance with the theoretical basis that Marx and Engels adhered to the concept of democracy and concentration at different periods,and the polemics of economism and anarchism.Secondly,after analyzing the basis and developing a process of Lenin's democratic centralism,this article discusses its connotation and characteristics.Among them,the connotation includes the meaning and relationship of democracy and centralism,and the performance and application of Lenin's democratic centralism at three levels: political party,state,and economy.In addition,the characteristics of Lenin's democratic centralism mainly manifest in the following seven aspects: the fundamental organizational principles including the inner-party and the domestic two aspects;the full development of democracy in the party,the adherence of the minority to the majority under open conditions,the subordinate obedience The superior and the entire party obey the principle of the Central Government;strengthen inner-party supervision;criticize and discuss party mistakes within the Party;strengthen institutionalization;practice collective leadership and ensure the concentration of leadership;meanwhile,insist on the combination of collective leadership and individual division of labor;Emphasize the reasons and importance of organizational discipline;uphold the mass line and ensure the smooth implementation of other aspects of organizational discipline.Thirdly,it discusses the use of Lenin's democratic centralism in different countries,including the Soviet Union,the former socialist countries in Eastern Europe,the former socialist countries in Western Europe,Cuba,North Korea and socialist China.Finally,based on the above discussion,we summarize the advanced nature and limitations of Lenin's democratic centralism.This article argues that the advanced nature of Lenin's democratic centralism is mainly manifested in the concept of the worldview,the principle of a political party and its flexible application.Its limitations are manifested in the grasping of the "centralization" of "democracy" by the central and local governments,the inner-party democracy and the people's democracy Relationship and its constitutional basis.
