At present,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics through long-term efforts.The main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing demand for better life and the unbalanced development of the people.People's legal consciousness and value pursuit are constantly changing.The comprehensive development of social economy has led to the rapid development of labor demand.The development of labor relations is obviously difficult to keep pace with the development of social economy,resulting in the continuous increase of labor and capital conflicts,and the rise of labor disputes.China has entered a period of high frequency of collective labor disputes.How to prevent and deal with such problems is an important task to maintain social harmony and stability.This paper mainly uses the method of statistical analysis method,experience analysis and theoretical exploration and empirical combination,with human resources and social security data of Kunming based collective labor dispute in Kunming city of Kunming city model,combined with the current economic and social development situation,a comprehensive analysis of the reason of the rising of Kunming City,continuous collective labor dispute five years of controversial content increasingly complex,the collective labor dispute prevention and treatment problems,put forward the corresponding solution.For the formulation and revision of the policy in the future,scientific and reasonable countermeasures are put forward.At the same time,it can provide reference for promoting the construction of the collective labor dispute resolution and building the harmonious labor relations in Kunming.The innovation of this paper has three points,one is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the development trend of the theory of social system of Kunming collective labor dispute cases,focus on the interaction between workers and the enterprise factors,social factors and their influence on the collective labor dispute,dialectical analysis,the dynamic problem is prevention and treatment;two the effect of using methods of game theory of research from different angles on how to improve the collective labor dispute,rather than a single from the perspective of managers to deal with the problem,so it can better resolve the contradictions through the way to solve the problem;three,the data were analyzed with strong support,not only Kunming collective labor dispute cases based on the data,the more is a comprehensive analysis of Kunming city with the employment and unemployment insurance,and other data development trend of collective labor dispute,it can charge Points to enhance the demonstration effect of this article.
