Research On The Development Strategy Of Parking System In Harbin

Urban parking system planning is one of the important parts of urban traffic planning,and also has a great correlation with urban planning.In recent years,the automobile industry in northeast China has been continuously supported,and the city of Harbin has been expanding,and the population has become denser,and private cars have become a common phenomenon.With the increasing number of private cars,parking problem has become one of the first problems in Harbin city.However,the lack of the infrastructure of the parking system,the lack of management and the imperfect system will play a negative role in the development of the whole transportation system.Based on the perspective of public administration,this paper expounds the importance of parking system as a kind of public goods to urban development.So this article in Harbin city parking system as the main research object,first of all,road status quo about the present situation of Harbin city motor vehicle ownership and comprehensive analysis of Harbin city road traffic development situation.Then using the method of sampling survey and the questionnaire survey analysis of road conditions in Harbin,the first sums up the parking system existence question is one of the main cause of the problem of traffic in Harbin,secondly by case analysis and data statistics to find out main problems existing in the Harbin city parking system.Finally,based on the main problems of the parking system in Harbin,the corresponding solutions are put forward from the aspects of infrastructure supply and management system.
