| Static traffic management is part of the city’s traffic management system, it reflects the level of modern management of the city. With the increasing urbanization and living standards, faced with contradictory Hanoi Urban Transport increasing demand and the limited supply of urban transportation between Hanoi static traffic is also facing a severe test. Especially in recent years, pressure Hanoi city parking demand is growing, but the proportion of land in Hanoi for use over static trafficLow specific planning and management parking lot, parking and open space is lagging behind, and vehicle parking supply and demand have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, how to handle the relationship between Hanoi static traffic demand and supply, improve the static traffic management has become an urgent need to study practical problems.This article is based on the development of Hanoi city as the background to take the field survey and literature analysis, the Hanoi static traffic management research. The research shows that the main problem in Hanoi Static Traffic Management as follows:(1)infrastructure is backward, lack of parking spaces;(2) static traffic planning and inadequate, insufficient capital investment; policies and regulations(3) on static traffic management unsound;(4) the presence of static traffic management on the long management, inefficient management; poor(5) parking management, low use;(6) on the static traffic management enough publicity;(7) of the parking chaos phenomenon penalties ineffective light penalties;(8) static trafficmanagement technology, inadequate information. For this reason, learn from foreign experience, based on the corresponding countermeasures from infrastructure investment, improve policies and regulations, improve safety awareness, improve public transport systems and the use of intelligent systems and so on. |
