Research On The Status Quo And Policy Adjustment Of Rural Old-age Care Services In Yicheng County

Aging of population which is one of the fundamental realities of our country has brought chances of development as well as challenge.The number of old population is increasing rapidly,according to the data showed by aging population department of our country,people over 60 years old is up to 241 million people which take up 17.3% of all our country in 2017,predicting that people over 60 years old will be up to 487 million people which will take up 34.9% in 2050.Aging population is more and more serious,it is a great test for our government to cope positively and develop old-age service.With living and medical level improved,single endowment insurance provided by government is not satisfied with the need of the older,they demand various,high level and quality old-age service.Over the years,our government pays high attention to old-age service condition to improve old-age service of old people by perfecting old-age service policy,especially rapid developing economy,along with public policy's supporting,makes old-age service more perfect in city.However,old-age service in the countryside lag behind and has unbalance development or even a vacant because of late policy and weak basis.To order to develop the aging business and enjoy achievements of reform and development,also to ensure the rural and urban old people enjoy the equal rights,it is crucial to promote aging business.This text takes yicheng county as an example,getting old-age service by means of questionnaire survey and documentary analysis,at first,this part define the notion of rural old-age service and its policy adjustments.Secondly,this part analyze the problem existed in yicheng county rural old-age serviced and cause of policy according to the result of survey.At last,this part gives some advice to perfect the rural old-age service policy by analyzing policy.
