Research On The Construction Of Human Resources Management Information In District-level Administrative Units

With the advent information in all the country,the government pays more and more information to attach great importance to e-HRM,not only advocates to strengthen the information construction in the economic development,but also the information construction as a key link in the development of our national revitalization and national context.In this context,China's administrative units need to improve their human resources management level,and vigorously strengthen their human resources management information construction.Compared with the provincial and municipal administrative units,district-level administrative units begin to conduct e-HRM late,which leads to a lower and uneven level as well as complex and diverse problems.On the basis of this,we make an in-depth investigation into three administrative units to analyze the problems in the process of the construction stages under the guidance of the system life cycle theory.According to the research,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the system planning,district-level administrative units should fully understand the macro environment,analysis their information needs comprehensively,make a reasonable system planning,and change the management concept to cultivate the appropriate organizational culture.In system development,they should learn from the relevant experience of enterprises,adjust organizational framework and business processes,improve the quality of the human resources management system,and impose great attention to personnel training.In the system operation and maintenance,they need to provide timely technical support services,improve system utilization,regularly do system maintenance,optimization and upgrading.This study highlights HRM contents and the rapid integration of information technology,which has high theoretical value and practical significance.What's more,the research of the information construction of e-HRM in district administrative units can also provide theoretical and practical influences for the construction of e-HRM in the district administrative units.
