Organizational Community Volunteer Service Innovation Research

Community volunteer service innovation is an important part in the innovation of social governance model.Promoting innovation of community volunteer service can better serve the community,improve the well-being of the masses and provide support for the construction of a harmonious society.The organization community volunteer service is the main form of community volunteer service.Pudong New Area in recent years around the social governance model innovation,and actively promote the organization of community volunteer service innovation,has achieved some success,but there are outstanding problems.In order to guide the Pudong New Area type of community volunteer service innovation work better,this paper uses interview,participant observation and other methods,to the Pudong New Area type community volunteer service innovation is studied,analyzed the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures.After the study,to recognize the existence of the Pudong New Area type of community volunteer service problems: volunteer service content homogeneity,the lack of professional volunteer service;management is not standardized,lack of system;the low effectiveness of voluntary service,the recognition is low;the voluntary service is too traditional,lack of information;volunteer service coordination ability is poor,lack of coordination prominent.The reasons causing these problems include: lack of professional volunteer service training;brand building backward;lack of voluntary service system basis,there is no unified action oriented;volunteer service consciousness is not strong,the lack of the spirit of voluntary service;volunteer service of insufficient funds,not invested enough information research;voluntary service organizations loose management.Tissue localization is not clear.Finally,it puts forward suggestions to optimize the Pudong New Area type of community volunteer service innovation,including professional services to enhance the ability as the core,take the path of professional development;system management as a breakthrough,strengthen volunteer service management standardization;pay attention to voluntary service performance construction,enhance the operation performance;make good use of "Internet plus",to promote volunteer service information technology;strengthen cooperation between construction,the formation of volunteer force.
