The wage reform of state organs has been the focus of social concern,and is also a hot issue in the study of national income distribution.In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China,the wage reform became the compulsory course of the Communist Party of china".However,because of the special situation,the situation is complex,the wage reform has experienced a long and gradual process.Beijing is not only the economic center of the country,but also the political center.Therefore,the wage reform in Beijing from 1949 to 1957 has not only the universality of wage reform,but also its own characteristics.Through consulting books and papers,original archives,data collection and other related materials,from 1949 to 1957 in Beijing City wage reform situation to comb,trying to restore the historical period of wage reform,provide some reference for the reform of the current wage.Taking Beijing as a case,this paper attempts to complete the historical puzzle of wage reform in Beijing in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China from the aspects of the background,process,influencing factors,deficiency and experience".The first part is the background of wage reform in Beijing City,is the main part of the paper from the object,the wage reform economic conditions and the distribution of three aspects,so as to get the wage reform arduous and long-term results of Beijing city.The second part is the process of wage reform in Beijing City,the process is divided into foundation stage,transition stage and deepening stage,the reform of the national macro scheme and Beijing City,the process of combining according to time sequence,and on the basis of this paper,in order to draw the outline of a little face,all taste the historical picture.The third part is about the impact of wage reform in Beijing City,this part mainly from 1949 to 1957 in Beijing city's economic development situation,changes in demand and price fluctuation situation,try to grasp the impact of wage reform through the historical phenomenon of inherent driving force,so as to deepen knowledge and understanding of the current situation of wage reform.The fourth part is the problems and experience of wage reform in Beijing City,the main part from a micro perspective,combing in growth,organization management,propaganda and mobilization aspects of problems in the process of promoting the wage reform,and the beneficial exploration in the process to summarize,so as to provide some reference to wage reform the current.By analyzing the Beijing city from 1949 to 1957 wage reform process,we can conclude that,to promote reform,especially to promote economic reform,we must adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts,in compliance with the economic law,relying on the masses on the basis of specific problem analysis the problems in the process of reform,in order to ensure the reform smoothly.
