Study On The Wage Determination Mechanism Of Chinese Enterprise Staff

With the full establishment of the socialist market economy, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable wage determination mechanism under market economy condition is always an important measure of reform, and also an important step to protect the healthy operation of Chinese socialist market economy. This paper raised questions based on the investigation and research in actual situation of wage income of enterprises staff in Xi’an city. It revealed the existing problems of wage determination mechanisms of Chinese enterprise staff, by detailed analysis of basic theory of wage determination mechanisms of enterprise staff, especially the current wage determination mechanism of Chinese enterprise staff. On the basis of combing enterprise wage determinants, making clear of enterprise wage determination mechanisms connotation and the comparative study on home and abroad, it proposed to improve wage determination mechanisms of Chinese enterprise staff from improving the mechanism of collective wage negotiations and government regulation mechanism. Specifically, the first is to improve the legislation, trade unionism and collective negotiation mechanism, play a coordinating and guiding role of the government, so as to ensure the effective realization of the unity rights and collective disputes right, realization of wages benign communication and consultation between workers and employers in the field of wage, and realization of dynamic balance and autonomy of interests; the second is to give full play to the government’s regulation effect, making macro-control of the enterprise staff wage in condition of imperfect market wage determination mechanism of enterprise staff, market failure, and imperfect enterprise internal government, by formulating minimum wage standards.
