This is the era of network,With the rapid change of information technology,Social environment is changing in an unprecedented speed.There is no exception in the field of education. “Countries of the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)”released in2010 made it clear : the information technology has a revolutionary influence on education development.Informatization of education should be put into national development of informatization as a whole. As a result, The information of education leads the education modernization is the only way for the development of education reform. There is no doubt that the flipped classroom is the best path of educational informatization.In the flipped classroom,teachers make online courses, students watch the lessons and complete the related advanced practices at home. In the class, face-to-face interaction, answering questions and discussion are main forms. It is a new mode of knowledge internalization. The flipped classroom is gradually promoted and pushed in university, primary and secondary school. Application researches about the flipped classroom at home and abroad emerge endlessly. But for junior middle school,, the application researches of the flipped classroom are very few in history discipline. Then what kind of the flipped classroom should be carried out in the field of history discipline? And what principle should be followed ? How to practice the flipped classroom in history discipline ? It is worth investigating.This paper is divided into three parts. Design and application of the flipped classroom mode about history discipline were studied in the junior middle school.The first part is the overview of the flipped classroom, including the origin, the definition, the nature,the characteristics, three typical models, and theoretical basis of the flipped classroom.The specific studies of the implementation about the flipped classroom is made in the second part. The teaching situation and existing problems of present junior middle school in history class are included; The possibility of flipped classroom is researched; Four principles should be followed in the implementation of the flipped history class. The model and concrete steps about the flipped history classroom are represented;At the end of this part is the application of the model in history teaching---- "The Three Kingdoms tripartite confrontation" and "flourished in the sui dynasty" are two examples.The reflection and outlook are made about the design and application of the flipped-history-class in the third part.
