Combining theory with practice is the teaching policy of ideology and politics; it runs through the whole ideology and politics teaching process and decides its teaching direction and goal. So, high school ideology and politics teaching not only imparts students scientific knowledge, but also pays attention to combining theory with practice, which will have significant influence on cultivating the self-exploration ability and creative thinking of the students. The purpose of this paper is to, through using related education theory and from the aspect of creative cultivation, summarize how high school ideology and politics will promote students' creativity developing.The first part generally introduced creativity and creative talents. First creativity is defined. The corresponding relationship of nation needed creative talents and creativity is analyzed and described.The second part is the practical situation and existing problems of high school ideology and politics cultivating students creativity. Existing problems are emphasized.The third part is the relationship between high school ideology and politics teaching and creativity. This part is presented aiming at the second part. Its purpose is to reveal their relativity and correct the wrong viewpoint that they have no association.The fourth part is the practical process of high school ideology and politics cultivating students' creativity.according to Ausubel ? Bruner and Constructivism, three phases are concluded:” Help- receive type” ——political theory elementary stage;” Help — find type” ——phase of implementing teaching principle of combining theory with practice; “Collaboration—promotion type” ——phase of achieve emotion ? attitude and value. Besides,next part presented constructive strategy of further promoting high school ideology and politics cultivating students' creativity. This part is presented aiming at current ideology and politics teaching situation and existing problems and the practical process raised in the fourth part.The fifth part is the teaching design based on the description of this paper to achieve the combination of theory and practice.
