Quality education is the sprit and foothold of school education, all the state education management departments are emphasizing its importance, but classroom teaching is the main way to implement quality education, so it is of great importance to encourage students' independent study and carry out dialogic teaching consisting of inspiring exploring and dialogic. However, no matter what kind of teaching methods to be used, the building of efficient interactive class is an issue cannot be avoided. Communication between teachers and students is an indivisible element of interactive class, and detailed inquiry will be the most splendid part in most cases, so more and more teachers praise highly of it.Detailed inquiry which is to get the bottom of a question. Compared to the normal classroom questioning, detailed inquiry focuses more on sticking to the thinking of one problem and the deeply investigating. With the help of the former studies, and the guidance of pedagogy and psychology also some other related theories, on the basis of some case analysis of geography detailed inquiry, by means of questionnaire, the paper dose a further study of the application of detailed inquiry in the geography interactive class to offer a reference for your study research and practice. There are five parts in this paper, the first one states the origin, development, the aim and significance of the research. The second part overviews detailed inquiry and interactive class, describes the relationship between them also the differences on the concept and basic characteristic level. The third part does a research on the practice of class detailed inquiry with the help of some real cases, in this part you will find its function on inspiring the thought, promoting the affection, making up some shorting comings of presetting questioning and extending the class. Next part, by means of questionnaire and interviewing, analyses the main problems existing now in the interactive class and also the reasons from students' and teachers' aspects, and puts forward some corresponding measures aiming to achieve efficient detailed inquiry in interactive class and encourage students' enthusiasm of thinking which is beneficial for their grasp of the knowledge and improving the efficiency of the class. And the last part makes a summary of the main ideas and the conclusions of the paper, also points out the research directions which are waited to be done.
