Research On The Legal Role Of Physical Education Teachers——Right Standard And Obligation Standard

Because of the rapid socio-economic development and the continuing spread of modern civilization, the school education system is also gradually changing, which are faced with reforms both in the form and content. But no matter how it changes, it essentially emphasizes teachers' social responsibilities and education obligations. However, teachers only having a sense of responsibility and professional attitude to fulfill obligations can not be guaranteed to make a good role. In order to give full play to teachers' role, another factor that should be emphasized is their right. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the connotation of teachers' role,have a better grasp of PE teachers'role in the New Era and betterly unify their rights and obligations.Under the impetus of the concept of rule by law, the reform of educational system is also going towards the road of the rule of law. However, in this top-down reform, the education policy makers who get used to the traditional administration mode tend to ignore the interest of some special groups out of the position deviation and different analysis angles, one of which is the school PE teachers. PE teachers are the main force of knowledge innovation and maintainers of PE teaching positions.The public has high expectations of this group, but more concerns about their ethical and ignores their interests, which leads to the PE teachers' rights out of enough protection. At the same time, standing on the perspective of teachers, the good reputation of teachers' worthy example makes them feel ashamed to fuss about their interest, which is believed shameful. The current theories usually ignore the content of sports teaches' rights that is given by the times and society. Standing under the perspective of law and philosophy and use rights and obligations as a starting point, this paper will discuss the inherent nature of school sports teachers'rights and obligations after analysising the legal philosophy theories of their rights and obligations and also introspect school PE teachers' necessary rights and obligations from the perspective of legal philosophy.
