Since the new round of Chinese curriculum reform, though achieved some success, but still affected by the existing education system, the traditional concepts of education, and other subjective and objective evaluation,those affect prevents this activities. Among them, the role of language courses in high school language teachers in becoming the focus of everyone’s attention. "Compulsory Education curriculum standards(2011 edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "New Standard") made it clear that "students are the main part of language learning, teachers are the learning activities’ organizer and guide." This requires high school language teachers should undertake multiple roles. In this study, focus on the new middle school language curriculum standards and the teachers’ role perspective. Firstly introduces the "New Standard", and appropriate requirements to teachers; Secondly part is summarizes the traditional high school language teachers The role and the necessity secondary language teachers’ role under the new curriculum standards re-positioning; Thirdly describes the implementation of full and clear language teachers in secondary schools under the new curriculum standards role that student learning guide and facilitator, teaching activities organizer and communicator, developers and users of curriculum resources, education researchers and innovators; Lastly focus on high school language teacher pointed to implement the new curriculum standards role in the problems, and deal with the problems propose appropriate countermeasures and the last part is respectively, both from teachers and students, analyzes the implementation of high school language teacher’s role under the new curriculum standard positioning significance. |
