On Middle School Students' Performance Of Duties

The Middle school students' obligation refers to in order to form a good middle school teaching and management order,maintaining the students,teachers,schools,the interests of all parties and by laws,regulations and school rules and regulations,the regulations of the sum of behavior of middle school students in high school education in the process of act and omission.Social role theory and the theory of legal relationship is the basis of this study.Middle school students in different social roles,and the corresponding legal relationship main body form different legal relations.Formed between middle school students and the school education and education is the management and administration of quasi administrative legal relationship,service the middle school students and the school,teachers,other staff and students parity type of civil legal relationship,formed between middle school students form the general social relationships with other citizens.This study respectively from students as school management,the civil legal relationship main body and the role of citizen three social point of view,will be of middle school students of various legal obligations prescribed in the laws and regulations to comb.This study by combing the middle school students as students and citizen's obligation to prepare the questionnaire,part of middle school students in secondary schools in hebei province shijiazhuang as the sampling object,USES the questionnaire survey method,investigated the middle school students' sense of duty and obligation to perform.Using the SPSS17.0 statistical analysis the result of the questionnaire,the thorough investigation and study middle school students' sense of duty and obligation to fulfill the conditions,influencing factors and their inner link.Analysis shows that high school students of gender,grade,origin,whether the one-child,whether as a student cadre,whether participated in student organizations,whether to have work-study experience,and so affected to varying degrees were middle school students' sense of duty and obligation to perform.Further correlation analysis,middle school students' sense of duty and obligation to execute the situation there is significant positive correlation between,show that the strength of middle school students' sense of duty,the obligation to execute the situation will be better,and vice versa,explain consciousness affects behavior,so only after the students in the knowledge,knowledge of law,the law,can be very good to obey the law.This research finally according to the students' sense of responsibility and obligation to fulfill,and analysis,put forward the problem,and gives the strengthen legal education of middle school students and strengthen the awareness of the obligations of students,obligations ability to perform.
