In recent years, researches on aesthetic education has become the hot topics of domestic educators and estheticians. In terms of modern aesthetic theory researches, we can find that aesthetic education is not only limited to the aesthetic education, but covers aesthetic education which has a solid theoretical foundation. It breaks the limitations of the concept that "aesthetic education” is purely aesthetic education while it makes study field of aesthetic education from single to appreciate beauty extend to how to create beauty so as to avoid the aesthetic phenomenon of utilitarianism. The processes of PE teaching are not only to enable students to appreciate the results of aesthetics, but also enable students to learn how to create beauty. Moreover, PE teaching classes should transform teaching into a special aesthetic practice which will eventually sublimate sports teaching to a new realm.This dissertation mainly focused on the relevant theories of aesthetic education and PE class teaching while on the basis of that, the following methods were adopted, they are literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, research and analysis. Through the investigation and statistics, the existing problems revealed in aesthetic education PE Teaching: the lack of understanding of aesthetic education, excessively explanations on sports skills, ignoring good feelings of students, focusing on the teaching results, ignoring the students aesthetic innovation practice. This dissertation explored the methods of aesthetic education practices while analyzing the current problems and causes. In addition, this paper established the basic principles of the implementation of aesthetic education in PE teaching. Meanwhile it discussed how PE teachers should guide their students to view the aesthetic education and analyzed objectives of physical education in the classroom teaching of aesthetic, to fully explore the sports classroom Factors of the teaching content of the aesthetics. The study results suggested that, the sports teaching processes should be modified in to teaching situation, varied forms of exercises, the sports classroom instruction appraisal were aesthetic design, to optimize the classroom teaching of physical education teaching environment aesthetic. This study aims at comprehensively promoting education quality, promoting the focus on the students' values, in order to achieve in the process of sports teaching improve students' ability of appreciating beauty, appreciating beauty in learning process in the student's body and mind. It was a coordinated development which encourage physical and mental pleasure of students. Thus satisfactions of students improve the teaching effect meanwhile the beautification of education at the same time stimulate students beauty of quality.
