Rural teachers are an important force in the development of rural education.The development of rural teachers is related to the progress of rural education.In order to achieve professional development,rural teachers should first have the consciousness of independent professional development.The consciousness of independent professional development is the key to the professional development of rural teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research among rural primary school teachers,understand the current situation of rural primary school teachers' awareness of independent professional development,find out the problems existing in rural primary school teachers' awareness of independent professional development,and form specific Suggestions to effectively promote rural primary school teachers' awareness of independent professional development.In order to explore the consciousness of independent professional development of rural primary school teachers,this study,based on previous theoretical studies,divides the consciousness of independent professional development of rural primary school teachers into five dimensions: goal consciousness,adjustment consciousness,reflection consciousness,learning initiative and working enthusiasm.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview research method,and using self-made questionnaire,the rural primary school teachers' independent professional development consciousness questionnaire to investigate the liaocheng area Y village primary school teacher,and using SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis on the results of the survey data,in order to understand the current situation of rural primary school teachers' independent professional development consciousness and the existing problems.The study found that rural primary school teachers generally have a high sense of independent professional development,but there are some problems: some rural primary school teachers have a weak sense of development,mainly reflected in the regulation of consciousness,consciousness of reflection is not obvious,work enthusiasm developmentconsciousness is not strong;Rural primary school teachers lack the sense of self-planning,and the teachers do the planning is mainly aimed at teaching or students;the development plan is difficult to implement.In view of this,it is necessary to establish the tutorial system to help the novice teachers to realize the career transition;Establish career development plan to define the direction for independent professional development;Take the school culture as the carrier,promotes the teacher's occupation pursue;Establish fair evaluation system and appropriate incentive system;Eliminate formalism and give teachers more time to study independently;The teacher arranges his life and study reasonably.Only in this way can rural primary school teachers improve their awareness of independent professional development and realize their professional growth.
