With the further development of Curriculum Reform of the Basic Education, the classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools have presented some new characteristics such as continuing to expand and enrich teaching content, gradually integrating the structure of curriculum and widely applying multimedia use in teaching. In the teaching work, it has become more and more difficult for teachers to complete teaching task only rely on their own effort. Teachers need to cooperate with each other to cope with increasingly complex teaching task. Also, in current education field, construction of teaching teams has become a very popular topic. It is urgent to build teaching teams with reasonable structure and fixed members, in which people can work efficiently.In the field of elementary education, in order to effectively deal with the complex problems in educational work, teachers build various teaching team through different ways such as collective lesson preparation, mentoring, collaborative teaching, educational research group, famous teachers' studio, etc. In the new period we can learn a lot from these ways. But in the process of construction of teaching teams, most people ignore the factor of teachers' teaching personality. There is a deviation between the general character of the team and the teachers' personality, and it is difficult to differentiate training methods for team members. Also, the problem of similarity of team members is still obvious.Building a team based on the development of personalized teaching can not only cultivate teachers' teaching personality, but also help teachers complete teaching task in collaboration. This is not only beneficial to teachers' professional development, but also to students' development and school construction. In the process of implementation, we can construct teaching teams using three methods. First, we should awake the consciousness of teachers' self-development and formulate flexible assessment mechanism. Second, we should cultivate the leaders' teaching personality and help them lead the development of other members better. Third, we should realize the complementary advantages of the team. The effectiveness of construction of teaching teams in practical level also has outstanding performance. It can arouse teachers' enthusiasm for work and avoid the tendency of individualism in teaching. It can be helpful for teachers' further professional development and promote teachers' consciousness of professional development. At the same time it can also develop teachers' teaching potential and improve the quality of school teaching.While reflecting on the current situation of the construction of teaching teams based on teachers' personal development, we also need to fully investigate teachers' teaching personality, establish a more professional learning community and develop a distinct training mechanism.
