Private schools refer to personal or private groups set up schools. Private school funding comes mainly from private and group investment, donations, loans and student to pay tuition fees. Private schools than public schools generally enjoy greater autonomy of running a school, particularly within the school management and teacher employment. Private schools are charging, and generally higher than public schools, ancient and modern Chinese and foreign, mostly so. In our country, although the private education has a long history, but in the modern sense should is the product of modern private schools. The appearance of private schools has broken for a long time arranged the old pattern of education by the government, under the condition of socialist market economic system is bound to education career development play a positive role. Wuhan finishing school as a region of Hubei province famous private schools, the teaching situation in recent years much attention by the administrative department of education experts and education within their respective jurisdictions, and combining with the current Wuhan Dianjing School the actual situation of teacher resources, human resources development and management thinking, draw lessons from foreign methods of human resource management of private primary and secondary school teachers, to strengthen the development of private schools in our country.Organization structure of this paper:the first part, introduction. Include this topic research background and significance, research status, research ideas and methods and the innovation of this topic. The second part is overview, the school of human resource management, defining the human resource management and the basic concept of human resource management and the school of human resource management theory to study for a general overview. The third part, combined with Wuhan Dianjing School teachers construction actual situation, from the angles of external, internal factors affecting the school human resources management is analyzed, put forward the external factors influencing the school of human resource management:the government, family and society; Internal factors mainly include the school resources, organizational structure and teacher management. The fourth part, this study puts forward to human resource management thought to guide the construction of Wuhan Dianjing School teachers take the initiative to change. Including human resource management thinking is to guide the formulation, implementation and evaluation of Wuhan Dianjing School faculty construction of three parts. The fifth part, summarize and prospect.
