Research On The Construction Of Professional Team Of Social Work In China From The Perspective Of Marxist View Of Talents

The important task of our country in next period is to build socialist harmonious society. To some extent, the construction of socialist harmonious society in our country depends on the cultivation of professionals in social work. Although the construction of social work professional team developed sustainably in China, since the reform and opening, but it isn't strong enough to realize the socialist harmonious society. There is still a series of problems in social work professional's construction, involving inadequate supply in total number, mismatch in supply and demand, unreasonable structure, as well as imperfect mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate a group of social work professionals who are more excellent in quality and more reasonable in structure, which is particularly important in further building a harmonious socialist society.This paper firstly sums up the basic connotation of Marxist talent view, mainly including: the importance of talent, the significance of practice in the talent's work, and the requirement to ensure free and comprehensive development for talent. What's more, this paper also concludes the concept of social work, social worker in social work professional, further pointing out the theoretical guidance of Marxist talent view toward social work professional's construction and also that social work professional's construction is the practice of Marxist talent view.Then the summary to current situation of social work professional's team construction is introduced. It is characterized by the following parts:an initial completion of top design to social work development, an expansion of social work professional's team, and a rapid growth of social work agencies and posts, as well as a stable progress of professional service. However, there are still some problems, like less support from local governments, mismatch to the social demand of social work talents both in quality and quantity, as well as a serious lost of social work professional and so on. Furthermore, this paper also points out the reasons for this situation. It should be blamed to the inadequate realization from some local governments to social work, the imperfect mechanism in professional's cultivation, and the incomplete security support system, etc. Therefore, based on the goal and principle in construction social work professional team, with the guidance of Marxism ideology, this paper put forward the countermeasures for professional's team construction from three aspects: firstly to stress the construction of social work professional team; secondly to perfect the mechanism in social work professional team construction; thirdly to establish and perfect the security support system of social work professional.
