Mental Imagery current training methods training methods are widely used in physical education activities,and more concentrated in the more complex and difficult to control sport,After a long teaching Training Theory and Practice,its effectiveness has gradually been public recognition and affirmation,this paper combined with the current new teaching environment based on the previous results on the application of imagery training,full use of teaching resources,maximize excavation of Imagery training method in the teaching process advantages.”Highness,difficulty,beauty and novelty” features Wushu already exceeded the so-called complexity of the project,the teaching process ”piecemeal cumbersome.” The Imagery Training Method in Wushu teaching not only to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of student learning,the ability to inspire independent learning, but also enriched the form of classroom teaching,the efficient completion of the task of teaching.While deepening the reform and development of better methods of teaching martial arts teaching PE Colleges provide useful ideas.In this study we were cited literature,expert interviews,observation and analysis,experiment, mathematical statistics and imagery training methods.80 students of Harbin Institute of Physical Education 2014 Department of Sport Wushu on experimental research Imagery Training in Wushu teaching.Through experimental study on the following conclusions :(1)Through teaching experiment,two groups of students in the conventional five-step method of teaching boxing results were not significant differences.(2)Conventional teaching methods in the control group, late third path Elementary Boxing scares significantly higher than the previous five-step boxing achievements.(3)Application of the experimental group teaching methods of teaching,performance( teaching Training) Late Third Elementary Changquan significantly higher than scores(conventional method)preliminary five-step boxing.(4)Experimental teaching, teaching Training Teaching in the experimental group and a control group of conventional teaching methods,the existence of the Third Elementary Changquan results significantly different, the results of the experimental group were more than the control group.
