As a high school physics teacher,the author found that most of junior middle school students find physics difficult to learn when first entering their high school and their physics achievement is generally low,which seriously affects their interest in learning physics.What this thesis wants to solve is how to do a good job in high school physics teaching in early transitional stage.To study on this issue,the author firstly referred to a variety of literature and information and analyzed the characteristics of local education in detail.This paper is the study in combination with local educational circumstances with certain application value and significance.Firstly,the author fully and thoroughly analyzed the reasons why junior high school students entering high school generally feel it hard to learn physics.The reasons lie in the differences between the textbook structures of junior and high schools,between the teaching approaches of junior and high school teachers,between the learning environments,the required learning aims,learning strategies and learning habits of junior students and high school students,including the inappropriate transitional linking between mathematics and physics.Through the questionnaire survey with analysis and comparison,combined with the local actual situation,the author puts forward suggestions and opinions on the beginning of high school physics teaching.This paper focuses on the linking physics teaching methods that high school teachers should adopt to help the high school freshmen grasp physical knowledge easily.High school physics teachers should have a good knowledge of the physics teaching materials of junior school and students' primary knowledge about physics before high school.Also,they should give students instructions on how to study physics in a more efficient way and try their best to cultivate students' thinking abilities.Above all,high school physics teachers ought to adjust their teaching methods,seizing students' interest in this subject and being patient in students' progress.Previous research study on the cohesion of junior and senior middle school physics teaching is mainly focus on the common problems are analyzed and discussed in this paper all over,the advantages of combining things,concrete analysis of concrete problems,and proposes the solutions for the local,help students to complete the initial elevated smooth transition.Hope this research can be of high school based grade teaching workers help.
