Quality education is one of the hot topics of national basic education reform,and moral education is the most way in quality education.That determines the position of ideological and moral curriculum in subjects.Ideological and moral curriculum plays an important role in cultivating students' world outlook,the outlook on life and values.Therefore,teachers should continuously explore suitable practical teaching method for middle school students.For example,using the situational teaching method to improve the quality of classroom teaching.This method emphasizes the integration of the dynamic process and the life situation,pays great attention to students' understanding of life and their ability development in an active process,and stimulates their interest from various aspects.The ultimate purpose of situational teaching method is to help students understand and grasp content of the text.A appropriate teaching method can stimulate students learning interest and enthusiasm towards ideology and moral curriculum.This thesis focuses on the application of situational teaching method in middle school's ideological and moral curriculum.The thesis structure is as follows:The introduction part refers to the background and significance of situational teaching method,the previous study on situational teaching method in abroad and at home,and the research methods are put forward.The first part defines what situational teaching is.Then it introduces the features of the situational teaching method in detail.The second part focus on the analysis of feasibility and significance of situational teaching method in ideology and moral curriculum.The third part refers to existing problems when applied the situational teaching method in ideology and moral curriculum.The fourth part is the center of the thesis,which explore the implementation of the situational teaching method in-depth.The final part is conclusion.It includes the major findings of the thesis.The situational teaching method can arousing students interest and make them actively take part in ideology and moral curriculum.It also can help students combined the teaching material with social practice,and then achieve the best effect of teaching.
