There Are Problems And Strategies In The School-based Teaching And Research Of Primary School Teachers

With the refonn of primary school curriculum and teaching reform,people pay more and more attention on the effects of school-based teaching research,it has become a hot spot in the current basic education reform.Although primary schools have started school-based teaching and research with teachers' supports,the effects of school-based teaching and research is not good.From this point of view,the study adopted questionnaire,interview research.10 primary schools as the research in this research,the author analysis the causes of the problems and improvement strategies of school-based teaching and research.The study is divided into four chapters.In chapter 1,introduction.The author explains the background of the selected topic,the content of the study,the research methods,basic concepts and the literature review.In chapter 2,the author investigates the current situation of primary school-based teaching and research starting from the system.subjects.process and evaluation of primary school-based teaching and research in ten primary schools in Dalian.In chapter 3,the author analyses the problems and the reasons of primary school-based teaching and research.The following problems:the system is not scientific?reasonable?perfect;teachers lack of relevant teaching and research knowledge,the capacity is weak;teachers'professional guidance is not enough and strong;the activities are single;the evaluation is not scientific,quality promotion of achievement is not timely;teachers;the usage of resources is limited.The author also summarized 9 reasons.In chapter 4,the author puts forward four suggestions to improve and perfect the primary school-based teaching and research.
