"Traditional Sports School is to vigorously promote school students moral, intellectual and physical development of a powerful starting point to encourage schools to conduct after-school sports training, and actively train and excellent sports reserve talents, and play a leading role model in the region.In this paper, literature studies, field visits and interviews, the survey questionnaire, data analysis and other research methods, the Sichuan Provincial Development Status 21 national traditional sports schools conduct research, analyze their impact and constraints Sichuan national Traditional Sports Schools factor for sustainable development, and explore the recommendations consistent with sustainable development, provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of national traditional sports schools in Sichuan, and also provide a reference for the development of other traditional sports schools. Survey results showed that: 1 Sichuan Traditional teaching level national sports school sports teachers teaching to meet the basic requirements, higher education teachers, physical education teacher professional title structure is reasonable; 2 a sufficient number of different types of sports venues to meet, basic training school teams; 3. the majority of the school team to ensure that the usual after-school training, but insisted on holidays and persistent lack of intensive training, leading to the athletes the competitive level is not high; 4. uneven development of traditional sports events, projects irrational, mainly relying on the traditional three ball as a sports development projects in the project development does not reflect the superiority of competitive sports in Sichuan and Sichuan specialties; 5 for provincial and municipal departments in the country to carry out the work of traditional sports schools appraisal system not perfect, of national traditional sports schools did not check, examination and evaluation; 6. contest leverage to play is not obvious, few organizations school classes, sports activities between grades, participate in sports and education sectors on the level of the organization match less; 7 finance sports than a single source of funding, the expenditure is too large to guarantee the normal training and competition needs of the school team; 8 sports event organizers fewer opportunities to participate in training; 9 poor varsity student way, The main consideration through the entrance, sports single recruit talented students from entering universities or continuing cultural learning. According to the main problems, analyze the reasons, put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:1 to establish and improve the competition system, through the contest to allow more students to participate in different levels, different types of game, from the game harvest more growth; 2. improve the examination and evaluation system, strengthen supervision and management; 3. improve the school team students way out; 4. adjust the layout and distribution of traditional sports project, the focus to consider small, clever, and spirit, living and physical type of project development; 5. Strengthening Financial funding and construction of youth sports clubs to broaden the sources of funding; 6. strengthen training for school sport managers, from the reality of the school, through a variety of ways to continue to strengthen the school sports managers retraining; 7. Strengthening quality education and publicity to ensure safe school sports activities, to create a good school sports culture.
