In the current context of building a harmonious society, development of the country relies on school education, special education has become the focus of national attention, special schools for deaf students cultural knowledge also should strengthen their physical fitness and development their ability to adapt to society. Social adaptation ability to provide better opportunities for deaf child survival and development in society, this thesis gas through teaching volleyball, deaf students to improve interpersonal skills involved in volleyball in the air, self-confidence, a sense of responsibility, the degree of social acceptance and social adaptation ability to adapt to change in five areas.Balloon volleyball is a sport with entertainment, collective, game features conforms to the requirements of physical and mental development of deaf students, physical exercise can effectively improve the deaf students’ physical quality, enhance physical fitness, not only enrich the contents of the special education school physical education and improve the enthusiasm of students in physical education learning, participation in sports to get a sense of achievement, promote students’ all-round development, also breathe volleyball teaching exploring teaching model for special school sports development, provide the theoretical basis for the physical education of the special education, Gas Volleyball in special education schools for promotion and popularization, vigorously develop the special education school sports.This paper uses a questionnaire survey method, experimental method, literature method, fieldwork method and related research methods of mathematical analysis, to Jiaozuo City special education school first grade deaf students as the research object, to carry out physical education teaching in the form of Gas Volleyball, deaf students carry out physical exercise, through learning and experiment of Gas Volleyball deaf students ability to adapt to society, and through the form of questionnaire survey, the results are as follows: 1, the gas volleyball teaching helps the development of physical quality of deaf students, 2 Gas Volleyball Teaching help deaf students ability to adapt to society development, 3 Gas Volleyball Teaching conforms to the development of deaf students request.
