In recent years, Bikram Yoga as an important branch of yoga become more and more popular, especially for young women. This paper analyzes on the impact of doing Bikram Yoga for a part of body mass index in young female, and with the same effect on the body mass index after yoga exercise at room environment for comparison, the purpose of this paper is to explain the influence of Bikram Yoga on the young women in different aspects of physical fitness, for young women to in accordance with their needs and choose the right yoga to improve the human physique level sport to provide more data support, in order to better promote and promote the sports project of Bikram Yoga.In this paper, we are using literature data analysis, experiments, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis and other methods of experimental study. This study mainly focused on the 12 weeks of Bikram Yoga exercise and regular yoga training for young women, then the subjects were selected and tested physical indicators between before and after the experiment itself and the groups were compared, The results are as follows: 1.Bikram yoga affect the outcome of young female body morphology selected ten indicators are: the five indicators weight, body fat percentage, fat content, waist and thigh circumference have a very significant difference(p<0.01), calf circumference index have significant difference(p<0.05), height, lean body mass, chest and hip four showed no significant difference(p>0.05);compared with yoga exercise test in room environment, weight, body fat percentage, fat content, waist and thigh circumference five indicators have significant difference(p<0.05), Other indicators no significant difference(p>0.05); 2.Bikram Yoga affect the outcome of the four indicators of young women selected aspects of body function are: resting heart rate, lung capacity, blood pressure(systolic and diastolic) and the stepped index several indicators have shown a very significant difference(p<0.01), compared with yoga exercise test in room environment, the stepped index has a very significant difference(p<0.01); the rest of the indicators have a significant difference(p<0.05);3.Bikram Yoga affect the outcome of the three indicators of young women selected for the physical aspects of Sit and Reach and standing on one foot with eyes closed two indicators have a very significant difference(p<0.01), vertical jump showed no significant difference(p>0.05), compared with yoga exercise test in room environment, the sit and reach indicators have significant difference(p<0.05), vertical jump and standing on one foot with eyes closed two indicators there was no significant difference(p>0.05). Conclusion: 1.Bikram Yoga exercise can effectively improve the young women's body shape, on the body fat for energy and consumption of fat with increased effect, and can accelerate the metabolism of the body, the specific performance: young women's weight loss, body fat percentage, reduce the fat content, waistline and thigh circumference decreased, beautify the body lines, and compared with ordinary yoga exercise, the effect is better;2.Bikram Yoga exercise on young female physical function of each index has obvious improve effect. Lower resting heart rate, improve the level of experimental index, lower blood pressure and increase lung capacity, and with the room environment yoga exercise compared, Bikram Yoga exercise in the better effect of improving body function of young females;3.Bikram yoga exercise can effectively improve the quality of young women flexibility and balance, improve the body's muscle control and coordination, but also improve the body's ability to control the center of gravity, and compared with ordinary yoga exercise, Bikram Yoga exercise in improving the youth female pliable and tough quality is better.
