Objective: This study analyzes the effect of yoga exercise on young women's insomnia,explores the effect of yoga exercise on young women with insomnia,provides intervention programs for the treatment of young women's insomnia,promotes yoga exercise to participate in the treatment of young women's insomnia,and promotes young women's physical health Development,promote the development of yoga.Method: adopt repeated measurement method.54 young women with insomnia that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as experimental subjects,and the experimental subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group(24 persons)and a control group(30 persons).The experimental group performed yoga exercises for60 minutes each time,4 times a week,and continued to practice for 20 weeks.The control group maintained the original life rhythm.Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)as an indicator,the sleep information of the subjects was collected before intervention,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,16 weeks,and 20 weeks of intervention.Collect information about the degree of insomnia of the subjects before and after the intervention.Conclusion:(1)Yoga exercise can improve young women 's sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disturbance,and daytime status,but it cannot improve their sleep time and sleep efficiency.Overall,yoga can improve insomnia in young women.(2)Young women practicing yoga for more than 8 weeks can improve sleep quality.Young women practicing yoga for more than 12 weeks can improve sleep time,sleep disorders,and daytime functions.Keep practicing yoga and continue to improve insomnia.(3)Yoga exercise can reduce the degree of insomnia in young women.(4)Yoga exercise has a certain effect on insomnia,but it can not cure the insomnia phenomenon of young women.
