Research On The "professional Anchor" Of Physical Education Teachers In Primary And Middle Schools In Sichuan Province

"Career anchor" refers to a person who have to make a choice, no matter how hard,he would not give up the crucial thing, it is people's deep inner values, motivation and ability of the integration of body. This study according to the theory of "career anchor" as a starting point, P.E. teachers select 12 cities of Sichuan province as the research objects, using literature method, interviewing method,questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods for primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Sichuan province "career anchor" theory research. Finally got a result of eight dimensions, a total of27 items of the formal scale. To further proved the "career anchor" distribution of primary and secondary school physical education teachers and the differences between different demographic variables on the anchor type, using the formal scale for the final round of test, the results showed that the groups of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Sichuan province, has a good reliability and validity. The purpose of this research is proved primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Sichuan province "career anchor" type of overall distribution, let the "real self" have clear understanding of their career direction and accurate positioning.Research conclusions:(1) Primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Sichuan province "career anchor" study of the formal scale, the scale is composed of eight dimensions, a total of 27 items. Scale overall cloning Bach alpha coefficient reached0.825, each item of the factor loading quantity were greater than 0.45, the cumulative explain total variance reached 60.55%, the scale has good validity of the letter.(2) "Career anchor" of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in Sichuan province,whose distribution is diversity, which is the dominant life-form anchor(LS), accounting for 20.1?, career anchor and management(GM) and challenge anchor(CH) accounted for a minimum of only 6.88?.(3) "Career anchor" of eight different types of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Sichuan province are all reflected, primary and secondary school physical education teachers in sichuan province group has at leastone kind of the career anchor type, part of the individual also has two type "career anchor".(4) primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Sichuan province of anchor type exist significant differences in gender, and age.
