The quality of students'classroom attention degree is one of the important factors that affect the teaching and learning effect. Through literature review. I found that the existing research generally include students attention development research, attention training research, attention measurement method research, relationship between attention and academic performance, etc. On this basis, this paper focus on deepening and filling the research on classroom attention related to fourth-grade primary school student and this is also the academic value of this paper.This study takes the fourth-grade primary school student as the research object, research directions around the current situation of classroom attention, the problems of the dispersion and its teaching improvement suggestions.Using the method of classroom activity, interview and questionnaire survey to research the fourth-grade students'classroom attention and I found that distractibility is one of the common problems in classroom teaching and has the characteristics of universality. Meanwhile, the general situation, gender differences and the influencing factors of fourth-grade students were researched by the status quo. Students in the classroom will appear with the surrounding students speech, send a note, eating and other distractions, but there is no significant difference between male and female students. In terms of the influencing factors of students' attention, teachers'classroom import, design of teaching content, teaching methods, classroom management, teaching aids and the use of multimedia can influence students' attention in class. Students themselves can also affect the classroom attention, such as physical health level, degree of cognitive differences, mood swings and willpower. The internal and external environment influencing factors are mainly from the classroom environment and noise outside the classroom.According to the quality of attention to select the appropriate teaching methods, using attention control method to improve classroom management capabilities, avoiding irrelevant stimuli, rational using of props and multimedia; Students need to strengthen physical exercise, improve cognitive ability, emotional regulation, will power and develop good learning habits; Excluding the interference of unrelated items around the classroom, using classroom color to focus students' attention, trying to eliminate the interference of other noise outside the classroom.
