Paul Goodman is an American educator who were involved in the American basic education reform after World War 2, but in general there are two clues, the first is to reform the "education content", including "national defense education law" to "return based movement", the other one is based on "School system" reform, from 1964 Friedman (Milton Friedman) of the "education voucher" idea, "the Reagan administration's 80 magnet schools" (magnet school), the early 90's Bush voucher plan of the government, to the late 90's Clinton government charter school (Chart school), the two lines of the mutual support background almost simultaneously launched.
