The New Era Of The Cultivation And Education On Colledge Students' Legal Consciousness

With the development of the country,the party and the people are paying more and more attention to the rule of law,and the concept of governing the country according to law is more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and it has gradually become the consensus of the entire party and society in the new era.Continuously improving the legal consciousness of our citizens is an important foundation,for building a country ruled by law in the new era.Undergraduates in the new era are the pillars of our society.The hope of national prosperity.The improvement of university students'legal consciousness can further enhance the quality of the people and enhance their legal thinking and laws.The level of consciousness is more conducive to the construction of a country ruled by law.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also proposed new standards for the construction of the rule of law in the new era of China,highlighting the importance of governing the country according to law for the realization of the Chinese dream.In this paper,by making a questionnaire survey,we conducted a sample survey on various colleges and universities represented by Shanxi to understand the current status of college students' legal awareness.The first part of this article focuses on the actual background and significance of the cultivation of legal awareness of college students in the new era,and finds corresponding research methods and innovations.In the second part,the concept of cultivation of legal consciousness,ideological and political theories,and Marx's relevant theories are expounded and analyzed.The third part is to conduct empirical research on the legal awareness of college students,focusing on the investigation of illegal undergraduate students in various colleges and universities in Shanxi,and analyze the data of the research results to find the cause of the problem.The fourth part,aiming at the existing problems,combined with the corresponding research results,made corresponding improvements and enhancements in terms of cultivation concepts,cultivation principles,country,society,and family,so as to enhance the legal awareness of college students.Finally,the conclusion part,through the above full text,analyzes the deficiencies of its own research.Through the investigation of college students'legal consciousness,it is found that college students generally have certain legal consciousness,certain legal knowledge and legal concepts,but many college students have deviations in legal understanding,and the level of legal knowledge is slightly lacking.For national policies,legal beliefs,and rights protection,etc.There is still room for improvement,and students are m ore willing to learn passively than to actively explore on their own.Therefore,schools and society need to explore new ways of nurturing,guide students from passive learning to active exploration,consciously study the law,and use the law.The road to the rule of law in my country is still a long way to go.The construction of a country ruled by law cannot be achieved overnight.The cultivation of the legal awareness of college students is also a long-term and great project that requires the joint efforts of families,schools and society.It is believed that with the joint efforts of the three parties,the legal awareness of college students in my country will be raised to a higher level,and ultimately the grand goal of a country ruled by law will be achieved.
