By understanding the current situation of the physical review class in the middle schools, the thesis proposes the students centered learning depending on the concept of the blended learning to achieve efficient physics classroom. Students centered learning highlights to return the initiative to the students and the contents are taught in advance. In the classroom, the students explain the content to the other students and teacher and search through various forms of explanation and demonstration in order to grasp the course and deepen the knowledge.The article applied the students centered learning by the IT in two classes ninth grade in the town of Xinxiang city. Firstly, the article determined the implementation process of students centered learning depending on the general model of the blended learning, and it included lectures, after-school consolidation and the achievement display. The classroom instruction session came true through the pre-phase analysis and the instructional design, the contents were handled through QQ and resources by means of the IT and under the supervision of parents, the results were showed in a variety of forms with the help of IT in the next review classroom, and the evaluation run through the whole process. In addition, the students also had to submit the intellectual framework as another course harvest. At the last, the thesis made full understanding of situation about the course content mastery and investigates the teaching effects from four dimensions:the learning preferences, ability, cooperation awareness and skills, self-confidence by interviews, observation and questionnaire investigation.Comparing the results of two classes, it shows that the learners' achievements have significant difference, which proves that the students centered learning can improve the efficiency of reviewing physics classroom learning. And it proves that it helps improve students' communication and cooperation ability and information literacy. The teacher can use the diverse evaluation, which helps to achieve the fairness and rationalization of evaluation, encourage them to take part in the learning process more actively. Finally, we suggest practical advice to hope to help other teachers in applying the method.
