With the rapid development of globalization as well as science and technology, knowledge, economy, technology and human resource play important roles in the development of economy. It has no doubts that human resource has become the very first resource of the development of human society. Among different kinds of resources, Adam Smith emphasized the special position of labor. He believed that the capability and levels of labor is determined by the degree of mastering working skills. The improvement of the ability of mastering working skills depend on the quality of professional training.The subject of this paper is SG Company. The target of this research is to improve the core competiveness of the company by optimizing the employee training system. At first, the basic theories of employees training system are summarized. And then the current situation of employees training at SG Company is analyzed precisely. Existing problems and shortcomings of the training are found in this paper. Combining theoretical methods of modern management of human resource and the real situations of the company, the author gives out some suggestions to the company about the whole plan of optimizing the training, which finally put out the company staff training system design and implementation of the overall idea, the formation of the final program ande guarantee scheme to implement the safeguards..In the process of researching the employees training system of the company, the author visited the company and collected enough information. On the other hand, the author also used the method of literature survey, casual method, searching previous documents, macroscopic and micro analysis. Through the research and analysis of the case companystaff training, the training system of SG company is designed and implemented. Hoping that through this study, it could benefit to the SG company staff training by providing systematic theoretical support, helping enterprises to achieve the transformation and development, and further enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
