In recent years,secondary vocational education has been paid more and more attention.It is also an important part of the education stage of high school in our country,and also serves the task of cultivating the talents needed by the society.At present,the development of pre-school education is becoming more and more mature,and the demand for kindergarten talents is more and more obvious.Among them,vocational schools and vocational schools are the main faculty windows,but the quality of students in current vocational schools is not ideal,The student's learning situation is not ideal,which is the enrichment of early childhood education teachers have a great impact.In this study,the pre-school students in a vocational school in Panyu District were surveyed.The questionnaire survey and the interview method were used to investigate the current situation of the pre-school students.The study found that most students sometimes Do the study plan,but mostly occasional arrangements for the day of study time;occasionally preview the new lesson and review the old professional knowledge of the classroom to teach the digestion to understand the general knowledge;day after-school professional learning time is shorter,mainly concentrated in 1 Hours,but less access to professional-related learning materials;can better complete the homework,but its active learning awareness in general,do not understand the professional knowledge,more dependent on the answer between the students,to ask the teacher less;Class can seriously listen to,can be more serious notes,but the enthusiasm of the teacher back to the problem is not high,active discussion of the initiative is not strong.In terms of learning attitude,most students do not like to open a professional theory course,lectures focused on listening time is 20-30 minutes,and in professional learning,the most difficult to understand the theoretical course;professional learning the most attention to professional skills Access to,but also pay more attention to professional test scores,can achieve satisfactory results,but the test scores,students and parents of the evaluation of little impact on the professional practice of the general experience,mainly through the group to discuss the completion of the task of professional arrangements;Skills participation in the game is not active enough,but also less use of the expertise learned to help solve the problem of child care around;can not learn better use of library books,and early childhood education,television programs are not enough attention,the use of pre-school APP to learn the frequency is not high.In the study of motivation,most students prefer pre-school professional,but the pre-school professional courses recognized by the general;pre-school professional for a variety of reasons,but the main reason is to obtain a skill,more recognized professional courses for future employment Help students can get satisfaction from kindergarten trainees.Most students choose to study the specialty based on their own interests.However,the understanding of the status quo and future prospects of pre-school development is not clear.The confidence and preparation of future employment is not enough.Willing to continue to choose to engage in kindergarten after graduation work.In the learning environment,teachers are more concerned about the students learning and living,but most students believe that the teacher's teaching methods are more traditional;that the class of learning atmosphere than the general,the overall style of study more general,more satisfied with the school arrangements for professional trainee.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,cultivate good study habits,including cultivating students' reasonable and planned learning habits;cultivating students' habit of actively integrating into classroom learning;the second is to correct the students' Student learning attitude,including changing the concept of training,diversified development of students;to improve students' self-efficacy,to help students build confidence;to develop students' self-learning ability to promote students' individual development;third is to stimulate students to learn motivation,including individualized students,Learning interest;set the future development goals,to help students locate employment;four is to create a good learning environment.
