In the context of educational information and knowledge economy,the concepts of "knowledge management" and "knowledge management capability" are gradually come into the field of education management,which has an important influence on school practice and theoretical research.How to make full use of its knowledge resources and construct the brand of the school,which is an urgent need to meet the challenge of the new era as a organization of knowledge acquisition,sharing,application and innovation.For the school managers,how to play an "knowledge leadership" role and take a specific strategy to manage the organization of intangible assets is not only the capability of professional development,but also the era of conferred responsibility.The research on headmasters' capability of knowledge management can not only help the headmasters deepen the understanding of knowledge management and promote knowledge management capability,but also provide an effective rule for the knowledge management training.School knowledge management refers to the strategy and process of knowledge acquisition,knowledge sharing,knowledge application and knowledge innovation,It is aim to stimulate the schools' wisdom and increase the organization's assets to improve the effectiveness of school knowledge,which is happened between the internal and external of the school.It is not only the scientific way to manage the school resource,but also a new concept of school management.The headmaster's knowledge management capability belongs to a kind of ability to lead school teachers to acquire knowledge,share knowledge,use knowledge and innovate knowledge,to build up schools' adjustment and competition.It is found that the knowledge management capability of headmasters is a multidimensional structure,including 4first class indicator that is knowledge planning capacity,encouragement capacity supervision capacity and environment construction.In the meantime,it is also including 7 second class indicators,which is subjective cognition,Strategic planning,platform construction,behavior demonstration,system guarantee,quality assessment,environment construction.After the collection,SPSS20.0 was used toanalyze the date.Based on the Independent sample t-test and single factor variance analysis,this study found:the headmasters imperfect understanding of KM and the role content of KM is less.Lack of knowledge and the capability development is not comprehensive.Lack of KM practices and the system planning capability is lacking.the KM capability is unbalanced and the development gap is large between urban and rural.Finally,according the existing problem,put forward three-dimensional strategy :based on the headmasters self-improvement strategy to build,adhere to the "going out,please come in" and put the knowledge management theory into practice;Based on the guarantee strategy of education administrative,making school rules and regulations on the implementation of knowledge management,increase the headmasters' training investment,To perfect the system of the primary school of professional ability.Based on the guarantee strategy of teachers' training center construction: building up the consciousness of knowledge management,develop the personality knowledge management courses,the way of teaching should move with the times,develop the tool of knowledge management evaluation,etc.
