With the advent of knowledge economy,the reform of basic education in our country and the improvement of people's living standards and changes of education consumption consciousness have brought an unparalleled development of primary and secondary education training institutions,showing its vigorous vitality.At the same time,our country advocates quality education as well as the implementation of the "burden reduction" policy.Therefore,students have more leisure time after class.Students' parents make full use of this part of time to let their children go to primary and secondary education training institutions to take part in lessons in the hope that their children can consolidate and improve their academic performance,which also has contributed to the rapid expansion of primary and secondary education training institutions.However,at present,the market in our country's primary and secondary education training institutions is full of large and small training institutions that have disorder of the management.These training institutions only focus on competition to increase the student enrollment,publicity and profit in the commercial way,which is totally against the basic purpose of conveying knowledge to students and nourishing them.Undoubtedly,this kind of behavior,on the one hand,has seriously reduced the learning effect the students expect.On the other hand,it has greatly hindered the healthy competition and development of primary and secondary education training institutions.In order to reverse this negative trend,the primary and secondary education training institutions must have their self-adjustment in line with the objective law of industry development for the purpose that they can provide students with high-quality tutoring course service and the healthy competition and development in this industry.At the same time,the relevant regulatory agencies should work out the reasonable legal regulations and rules to regulate the primary and secondary school tutoring industry in order that students and teachers' right can be protected.This paper takes the analysis of the current situation of Shanghai Jingrui as a breakthrough point.I have made a comprehensive interpretation on Shanghai Jingrui's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the tutoring industry by combining SWOT theory with the research findings and running situation of the small and medium–sized tutoring institutions in Shanghai city and the existing research methods,by conducting deep exchange of ideas with teachers,management staff and leaders of Shanghai Jingrui as well as other primary and secondary education training institutions.Meanwhile,I put forward the objective industry positioning and development strategy for the future of Shanghai Jingrui.
