With the advance of the new geography curriculum reform, the geographical field inquiry activity appears on the stage of geography teaching. The implementation of the geographical field inquiry activity is to enhance students' geographical scientific literacy. It meets the psychological development of senior high school students and the implementation of the new curriculum reform of "four base" goal. It adapts to the trend of changes in the new college entrance examination and meets the need of rural education. Carrying out Inquiry activities is beneficial to enrich the teaching of geography and enhance students'interest in learning geography. It is helpful to cultivate student's scientific literacy of geography and promote multiple learning ways. Implementing inquiry activity is also conducive to the development of school geography curriculum resources and provide good ideological education classroom for students. Therefore, this research can provide a reference for the implementation of geographical field inquiry activities.The author uses the questionnaire survey method, the literature content analysis method, interview method, field survey method, action research method and so on in this article. In this passage, the author has done the following work. First of all, we review the domestic and foreign research present situation of the geographical field inquiry activity. Combined with field exploration activities research of related knowledge to define the concept of geographical field exploration activities. We expound the philosophy, pedagogy, education, psychology and geography theory foundation of the activities of the implementation. Secondly, investigate the implementation of high school geography field inquiry activities in Yang County, Shaanxi Province. We analyze the relevant circumstances and problems in the implementation of the geography field exploration activities and puts forward the four measures of solving the problem. Then, this paper analyzes the plates required textbook geography field to explore the distribution and content of activities and proposes the following four principles of geography field inquiry activities in the implementation, two forms of activity, the specific implementation steps, evaluation principle, evaluation content, evaluation method. Again, we lists two case of the geographical field inquiry activities:a study of the life habits of the crested ibis and black rice planting condition inquiry to support the whole process of the implementation of geography field inquiry activities. Finally, this paper draw the following conclusions:(1) Geography field inquiry activity is a special kind of field practice and research learning.Geography field inquiry activities combined with the field practice and the research of learning. It is more problems than practice, more practical and open-ended activity places than the research study. It emphasizes the problems found and research unknown filed, having problematic, local, practice, inquiry and independent characteristics.(2) High school geography textbooks have abundant content of geography inquiry activities.Inquiry activities in required of high school geography textbooks are mainly distributed in the inquiry, discussion, thinking and other columns. Inquiry activities in compulsory I are mainly concentrated in the second, three and four chapter, studying of geological landform, vegetation, biology, climate, river, disasters and the influence of human activity. Inquiry activities in compulsory II are mainly concentrated in the first, Second and three chapters, studying of migration, urban development, agriculture, industrial and transportation. Inquiry activities in compulsory III are mainly concentrated in the second chapter, studying of the effects of human activity.(3) The implementation of the bottleneck of geographical field activities are more. Teachers and students inadvertently understand the contents of the field of inquiry activities.First of all, schools rarely carry out geographical field inquiry activities. Secondly, teachers don't explain enough knowledge of geography field inquiry activities in in the teaching. In addition, the parents'support of geography field inquiry activities is not enough, teachers themselves lack knowledge of geography field inquiry activities and activity guidance ability is not strong. Now, we need to improve teachers'and students' cognition of geographical field inquiry activities, build implementation programs of geography field inquiry activities, create evaluation system of geography field inquiry activities and create geography field inquiry activities places under the school and parents contacting to change geography field inquiry activities status.(4) ueograpny inquiry activity implementation tollow the following principles: take the teacher as the leadership, students as the main body; the unity of scientific and ideological education; exploration capabilities and the combination; the combination of theory and practice. It has collective activities and group activities. It has following processes:the establishment of inquiry situation; propose the problem; puts forward a hypothesis and determine the research direction and topic; make planting; field study and collecting data; the overall analysis and explain the problem; communicating expression form a conclusion. Geography field inquiry activity evaluation should follow four principles of the difference, procedural, diversity and incentive. The content of the evaluation is mainly to the geography study ability; quality of activities; emotions, attitudes and values of Geography field inquiry activity. The main method of evaluation is objective assessment method, results of analysis, method of rating scale, the assessment and other assessment.
