Research On The Status Quo, Problems And Countermeasures Of Student Associations In Higher Vocational Colleges

College student association is an important platform for students to develop their own specialty,to cultivate their interests and hobbies,to participate in the practice of important student organizations,is an important platform for the implementation of quality education.In the special education atmosphere of strengthening the skills training in higher vocational colleges,students' associations play an important role in cultivating the comprehensive quality of talents.As a college,how for the community to create a favorable environment for development and construction of effective management mechanism,carry out activities,the student needs the formation of community culture has the characteristics of higher vocational education is an important subject.In this paper,by consulting the literature,compared with similar theory,the definition of the relevant concepts of vocational college students described the development,characteristics,functions and classification of vocational college student associations.In this paper,using the method of questionnaire survey to the Fushun area only a higher vocational college as an example to carry out the investigation,basic composition,activities and management and other related information to acquire the school student association,through the analysis of the existing data to summarize the problems of student associations in Higher Vocational education.The survey of College Students' associations are mainly where the community development imbalance,lack of investment,community activities overall quality is not high,the management is not perfect and so on several aspects,and then use the interviews for community problems to carry out the investigation.This paper analyzes the causes of community problems arising from the external environment,schools and organizations own level of depth,that causes the external environment for the development of the society including the influence of social environment and policy fuzzy,the school's own reasons including the students value understanding is not in place,lack of funds led to the lack of investment,lack of scientific management the reason,including their own size and light quality,community culture consciousness etc..Aimed at the practical problems facing the development of society in higher vocational colleges,this paper through the development of the concept and establish the service text to increase investment and improve the community of community attention;by strengthening the community construction,the construction quality of professional construction and organizational culture to enhance community appeal;through perfecting the management system,optimize the organizational structure,the implementation of classification management,participate in the optimization and evaluation method of management evaluation mechanism to improve the efficiency of management.
